Steam Pro. The right amount of moisture that optimally develops the product.

In the first stages of baking - the most delicate ones - a proper moisture content helps the product develop in optimal conditions, while also developing its organoleptic properties.
Thanks to Steam Pro, in relation to the type of product. the temperature and steam in the baking chamber can be adequately adjusted.

DEHUMIDIFIER

Dry Pro. For products that are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

The Dry Pro system allows you to quickly expel moist air from the baking chamber when externally crisped products with a golden surface are desired.
