Durable and resistant, RM FORNI proofers are designed and manufactured to create a controlled micro-climate with an ideal temperature and degree of moisture for the type of product in fermentation. The result is a perfectly leavened dough, ready to be baked. Available with 8, 10, 12, 14 trays, the proofers can be easily controlled with simple and straightforward mechanic controls or with digital electronic controls that allow for managing all the available features.
